Walter K. Wilson
Mr. Wilson was born in Guilford, Maine on October 14, 1935, son of the late Orman Garfield Wilson and Frances (Stetson) Wilson.
He was raised in Guilford and graduated from Guilford High School.Walter was a long-time resident of Melrose and previously lived in Malden. Walter served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict.For 32 years, he worked as an Executive Sales Coordinator for British Airways.He was a long-time member of the Unitarian Universalist Church in Reading and had sung in the choir for eight years.
Walter was the loving husband of Barbara A. (Macaulay) Wilson.Devoted father of Tanya S. Gabriel of Albany, NY, Gregory S. Wilson of Melrose, Douglas S. Wilson of Manchester By The Sea and the late Heather A. Wilson. Brother of Lillian LaBree, Mildred Garland, Florence Hall, Beatrice L. Campbell, Ruth A. Brooks, Robert D. and the late Aubrey D., Elmer L., Charles M., Fred, Marguerite Miller, Eva Priest and Evelyn Casey. Cherished grandfather of Olivia A. Gabriel, Aurora M. Gabriel and Ethan T.S. Wilson.
