William T. Jones
He was born May 24, 1908 in Everett son to the late William T. Jones and Mildred L. (Currier) Jones.
Mr. Jones was raised and educated in Everett and graduated from Bentley College. He proudly served in the United States Navy during WWII.He was a truck driver for the Community News Dealers' in Everett and also for the Boston Herald. William was a Melrose resident for 67 years and he was a devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox.
Williamwas the beloved husband of the late Gladys (Goulet) Jones and the late Grace (Scott) Jones. Devoted father of James T. Jones of Melrose and the late Allen S. Jones. Devoted stepfather of Barry C. Williams of Mystic, CT, Christopher W. Williams of Melrose and the late Allison S. Paluilis.Brother of Charles of Malden and the late Maud Jones, Edith Silliker and George R. Jones.Also survived by 8 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
