Mr. William "Bill" Howard Moller Jr., a longtime resident of East Wareham and formerly of Wilmington died unexpectedly at Tobey Hospital in Wareham on Friday morning May 17th, 2013.He was 81 years old.
Mr. Moller was born on March 30, 1932 in Malden, the only child of the late William Howard Moller Sr. and Olive Kate (Vatcher) Moller. He was raised in Malden and Melrose and graduated from Melrose High School, Class of 1950, and Suffolk University class of 1961.Bill proudly served his country in the U.S Navy during the Korean War.
Bill worked at the Joslin Department Store in Malden and the Middlesex Superior Court, Cambridge from 1955-1961.Bill was a claims adjuster for Sentry Insurance Company and Home Insurance Reliance Company for 18 years.Bill was a member and Past Master of Converse Lodge in Malden and a Past District Grand Marshall.
Bill was the beloved husband of the late Beverly (Whitcomb) Moller. Father of William H. Moller, III of Billerica and Cynthia J. Lorimer and her husband Mick of Louisville, KY.Grandfather of Stephen Moller, Alissa Moller and David Moller all of Billerica and Aaron Lorimer, Justin Lorimer, Kateleigh Lorimer, and Sean Lorimer all of Louisville, KY. Great grandfather of Richard, Janelle, and Gabriel. Dear cousin of Virginia Williams and her husband David of Reading, Donald Jenkins and his wife Lois of Bedford, and Edward Lonergan and his wife Judith of Concord, NH.
Relatives and friends will honor and remember Bill's life by gathering at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., Melrose during visiting hours on Tuesday, May 21 from 5-8 pm and for his graveside service at Wildwood Cemetery, 40 Wildwood St., Wilmington on Wednesday May 22 at 10AM.
