Cremation Services

Cremation Services

If your family has chosen cremation, we review with you the options to help celebrate the life of your loved one before or after the cremation. The first question to answer is - Do you want to see your loved one before the cremation? Answering this question will help in guiding you to next steps and the services for your family.

Funeral

Visitation / Funeral Service Followed by Cremation

Often times, families will choose to have a Visitation or Wake, or Funeral Service or Funeral Mass followed by cremation. With a traditional service combined with cremation, you still have a viewing, visitation or wake, and a Funeral Service or Funeral Mass. However, instead of in-ground burial, the funeral is followed by cremation. Depending on your wishes, the cremated remains may be either interred, or returned to your family.

Memorial Service

Visitation and Funeral Service with the Urn / Memorial Service

A Visitation and Funeral Service or Funeral Mass with the urn present would be held following the cremation. The service can be held in our chapel, a church, or any other venue the family chooses. We work with our families to design a Funeral Service or Funeral Mass that honors their loved one through pictures, stories, music, poems, and/or scripture readings. We also have clergy or life celebrants to recommend to help lead the services.

Graveside Service

Graveside / Committal Service

A graveside or committal service is typically held immediately following the funeral service but it can also be a small intimate gathering of those closest to you.
